The Factory

Having the ability to manufacture within our own premises ensures we control the cost structure, quality, resources, expertise required and the delivery of your product.
The Factory

Wooden Joinery Production.

The primary objective within our joinery factory is to maximise the output from our resources.

With a team of qualified and experienced trades people we have specialists that ensure your timber joinery items are made to specification, desired quality and on budget.

We have specialists that work across our CNC production, edge banding, solid wood craftsmen, laminate bench tops, spray painting and general cabinet makers with a combined 50 years plus of experience.

Within the factory we are always looking at improvements to our procedures and investment in new equipment to expand our capabilities.

A recent addition to our machinery is a new flat deck laser from Trotec that enables us to create laser cut solutions for signage and etching on a wide variety of substrates from acrylic to metal.

An investment in our people including ongoing training and apprenticeship positions develops talent for the future and product diversification.

Joinery Project Management

To drive quality, improvements and efficiencies within production we have a team of dedicated Joinery Project Managers (JPM’s) that are assigned to joinery projects from the start of the CAD design process to the sourcing of materials and components right through manufacturing and to dispatch.

Our JPM team are working with our production team on a daily basis to ensure products are manufactured correctly and to the quality that enables delivery via our logistics team and installation on your site.

The experience within our JPM team includes timber joinery manufacturing knowledge in previous roles, factory ownership and industry roles across a broad section of cabinet making and installation.
