Upon receipt of drawings from your dedicated Architect, designer or in house store development team we start work on building up the best price utilising our expertise and a trusted group of suppliers and contractors.
At this point we can work within budget requests and direction along with completing tender documentation if required.
Consents and any relevant local body requirements can be priced and applied for at this early stage also.
During this estimating phase any design or specification questions can be clarified or answered to ensure all materials and expected services are estimated correctly and within the specified timeframe.
Once a project is awarded we allocate a dedicated Project Manager who with our internal Quantity Surveying team pick up the implementation of your project and start work on site.
All trades are engaged, key stakeholder relationships are formed and work commences. Sourcing of any long lead items or customised solutions is confirmed at this stage so as to not delay any programmed deliveries.
From the demolition or de-fit phase through to construction, installation and merchandising of the store or location for trade this team are monitoring the build process, costs and ensuring the project is built on time to specification and delivering your design and brand requirements.
Within our own joinery factory we allocate a dedicated Joinery Project Manager who will oversee the manufacture of the joinery units to specification and the desired quality.
Within the factory all aspects of the project are monitored via our internal job tracking system and crafted by our cabinet makers and machine operators to ensure all joinery is made to specification and functionality.
If the project involves a paint finish our spray booth team will complete that to the specified finish.
Production within our factory is a staged process and controlled via a dedicated project timeline.
