In relation to our sustainability thinking we have taken inspiration from a number of sources.
Primarily we have defined this as meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
We have defined it as having three pillars in our planning – People, Planet and Profits.
All decisions made within the sustainability framework have to deliver on each of the three pillars in order to maintain a platform for growth and a genuinely sustainable business model for the future.
