The arrival of this brand into the Sylvia Park retail centre came with a new look and feel compared to the other stores already in NZ. With the brand having been founded in London they had completed a model/test store there and wanted to trial the same design outside the UK.
NZ was chosen and we partnered with the Superdry project team in Sydney to complete this new concept.
Utilising hundreds of lineal meters of repurposed board for wall panelling hand finished in our factory and floor planks to resemble a barn or equestrian stable in the English country side this store had its challenges.
Right down to the fact we had to source a specific brass nail to fix the floor planking into place for authenticity.
We ended up using 4000 of these as floor fixings.
This store has elements within that were extremely satisfying to make and a test of our overall skillset that delivered a great result for the team.
